My order contains both in-stock items and pre-order/backorder items. Will you ship the in-stock items first?Updated a year ago

As may be indicated during checkout, it is likely that all of your merchandise will ship around the same time. Your entire pre-order will generally be held until the pre-sale items are ready to ship. Please check your order confirmation and the product descriptions on the store page, and contact us if you have any questions. If you would like the non-preorder items to ship earlier, you can request that we either remove the non-pre-order items so you that can order them separately, or cancel the entire original order and refund your payment method so that you can place two separate orders.
