My vinyl is warped. Could you replace it?Updated a year ago

We cannot guarantee a perfectly flat record, but if the vinyl is so warped that it causes playback problems such as skipping or jumping, please send the store's customer support team a short video of the vinyl playing so that we can see and hear the problem. Slight warping is common with this medium, so we probably won't have a perfectly flat copy, but we can potentially facilitate an exchange for a copy that plays well.
