We do not receive or send notifications when the carrier attempts delivery. It is possible that the carrier may notify you locally, depending on their processes, but we cannot guarantee that on our end. Delivery notices are often misplaced or otherwise not received, so it's very important for the customer to follow the tracking closely and sign up for SMS or email updates from the tracking page, if available, to help work with the carrier to facilitate delivery if there are issues. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for packages that are returned to sender for reasons including, but not limited to, being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable.
